Instructions:
Just extract the skin to your base.
Add the sounds to your own soundpaks (added a voicecmds.cfg for Dr. Evils binds)

Posts: 19 		I didn't bother cause my Dr. Evil skin is just the Silver Chemsuit with a few touches. I only made Dr. Evil to be a "Bot" on my server. Enjoy him, we seem to!
