Description:
If there's ever going to be a beauty contest for maps, this map should be nominated. Quasar22 really did his best to create this one and it really looks great and beautiful, but I'm afraid this map won't be a good choice for massive Deathmatch games or whatever frown

. Why? Well, there are a few problems with the map.

The FPS is very bad at some places and really is a pain when trying to hit someone. I don't really know why the FPS is that bad at some places, perhaps some more advances mappers can explain it wink

If they know a solution, the author might try it to make this map better playable.

Secondly some places are very dark. It's not as worse as with the FPS, but it can still be anoying. This is a bit easier to fix though.

Now over to the layout of the map, it's based on Jordan but Quasar22 gave it a little twist wink

With the use of some costum textures he created a very nice map to see. After seeing the stock textures all the time, it was time for something new and I think the author agreed. There's also a new sky texture.

All I can suggest is try the map, I hope the lag caused by the FPS isn't that worse as with me. Enjoy.

Looks good , about the FPS

Try to caulk more things...

If you look at most other maps of this type, the sky isn't an "open box" above the level, but rather a "roof" on many smaller areas connected by doorways or hallways.
This sky design essentially turns the entire map into one giant room.
That may be a reason the FPS drops in places - too much of the map is being rendered at once.

The map suppriced me, the author wanted a large scale map using only 1 "room", the fps are'nt that bad either (500-140fps @ 6800 u). However he could have done things regarding performance a little smarter. (distancecull, a big blocking wall in the centre of the map etc.)

FPS fine here. Between 200 & 300. Beautiful and interseting map with great textures but a little on the large side.
