1. ~~ Installation Notes ~~

Standard installation of the application requires only a Pentium
90MHz or higher, 24MB RAM, and Windows 95/98/ME/NT3.51+/2k/XP.
Previous versions should be removed prior to install. I hold no
responsibility to malfunctions creating an undesired result. If
you encounter a malfunction, please submit a bug report.

It is recommended you uninstall the program before reinstalling
when upgrading.

- Fixed run-time error on startup after messing with Server

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed run-time error on some machines when trying to send a
command
- Fixed messaging error that came up somewhere with re-used
variables
- Fixed SysTray icon in non-Win NT systems
- Fixed run-time error if console length reached maximum
- Fixed overflow error with high port number (above 32,768)
Port limit is now the highest winsock can handle (65,535)
Added a handler so if it becomes too high a message appears

- Minimize to Tray

- Server Status Without Password

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed run-time error if IP is 0.0.0.0

- Save, Open, and Print the console
- Server commands normally accessible via rcon within a server

3. ~~ Download Sites ~~

All sites who contact me explicitly and get written (e-mail)
permission from me can host this package. It has gotten too
hectic to keep an exact list of who can and who cannot host this,
and it would be better publicity if more people host this.

4. ~~ Use of SoF2 Rcon Util ~~

The SoF2 Rcon Util is intended for the sole purpose of allowing
the management of a remote server for admins. This program does
not modify the way SoF2 runs in any way, nor is against anything
in their EULA. All this program does is send, receive, and interpret
packets sent over the internet. Do not modify this program in any way
or form. I will prosecute to my full legal ability if I become aware
of a modified copy of my program.

5. ~~ Bug Reports ~~

Please send all bug reports to Beefyman@comcast.net including the
following information:

- What Operating System you are running under
- How much RAM you currently have
- Your processor speed
- What server and port you queried
- What you did when the error occurred
- What error you received
- What time the error occurred
- Actual status of the server you tried to connect to (if applicable)
- Whether or not your rcon password was valid (if applicable)
- Any other information you deem helpful

6. ~~ Common Options ~~

I cannot cover all cvars, as there are hundreds of cvars, and listing
them all would require massive amounts of room, and would make things
too difficult to find for normal use. If you have a command you use
often that you would like to see included, or have a problem with a
command or commands, please e-mail me at Beefyman@comcast.net.

NOTE: With PunkBuster disable, you need to follow it with a PunkBuster
restart in order for it to work correctly.
NOTE: With PunkBuster unbans (and maybe bans?) you need to update the
banfile if it requests.

Posts: 13 		I regret to inform you that my hard drive has suffered a fatal crash, a non-repairable error. It seems as if a miracle doesn't happen, it will be a permanent stop on development on this program, unless I can find a suitable decompiler when I get my computer up and running again. So for the next couple days, maybe weeks, I am unable to offer any support, and I am sorry.

Posts: 13 		I have received many comments and suggestions for this... including that stupid server messaging bug. The search is on for a Visual Basic 6 decompiler so I can decompile my program and retrieve my source for work once again. If you know of a suitable one, please feel free to e-mail me.

Posts: 185 		Maybe make a new program with a better interface... lol but good work mate, shame abour your hard drive problem, same happened to me! i lost over a years worth of work on my mods.
