I suggest you turn off your auto downloads in your options and try connecting again. If for some reason, this dose not work and the server won�t let you in! You may have to turn your auto DL back on and get the custom map from the server, even if you manually put the map in yourself. I don�t understand why this dose this sometimes but who am I to try and figure out this games hang up's from time to time....LOL ====================================================================== Construction Time: 8 weeks or longer, cant rememebr LOL. I have noticed over the last couple years or so that (mp_shop) witch is a stock map for SoF2 is one of the more popular maps that players like to play. I also notice that there have been many attempts to change this map, to make it another cool version of the original shop. I worked hard on trying to achieve this in this version of (Shop2007), that I have finished for the SoF2 community of gamers still out there that�s into this game. In this version you will find that there is a feeling that will overwhelm you at times during the game that you can get outside in the map�LOL. But you could not be more wrong, you can�t get outside, so don�t drive yourself nuts trying to figure that one out. In the original shop you would have started out on the blue team (Outside) and the red team (Inside)! Now both teams will be totally indoors � Also I have reversed the blue and red teams sides, blue team will start on the side of the map where red used to be and the red will start on the other side of the map LOL. In place of being outside I have added (Huge Glass Skylights) witch will give the player the feel of being in a New York City style setting, and I hope that this will add that extra spark to your game play experience that you need for the outside feeling that most of you guys like in a map. I tried to stay true to the layout of shops original floor plans and not break it up to much; I think I can honestly say I pulled that off with (Shop2007) I built this map clearly from memory of shop and did not edit the original, so all work on this version was my (OWN). I hope you all enjoy it and I apologize for ranting on in the comments section. Compile time: 1 hr. 34 min. Build Time: close to 8 weeks. nice map rebel!!!!!!!!

Rebel, i wasnt criticizing your mapping mate...
We all need to start somewhere.. And for someone whos only had 3 months mapping exp then you are doing well... :-)

Lighting is hard to master, knowing what colours, effects, and key values to use in certain situations and i wouldnt expect someone with only 3 months to understand this fully.

Keep working at it mate, you will find the more you use GTK the better and more technical your maps will become....

II will only keep doing maps for SoF2 as long as there's going to be support to the SoF2files website. I have heard that there is going to be an all out drop in support to the website for SoF2 and I can't get a direct answer on this rumor. I feel that if I put all this time & hard work into learning (GTK) and doing all that I can to get better it will be for nothing.

If anyone has heard anything about this rumor please post back to me on this at my E Mail address: fu_rebel@msn.com or post it in here so I can read it.

Your map is really nice, but...
Why is that when I try to add bot, screen exit back to main menu, state that
"Cvar_update: out of range"?
