I know there are several mods and bot servers who use the oicw, but the original skin needed a bit of tweaking.
So heres my version.

INSTALL THIS PK3 FILE DIRECTLY IN BASE\MP DIRECTORY !!
UNZIP IT IN SOF2 BASE\MP DIRECTORY
(example: C:\Program Files\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\ Base\MP)
