	Readme File: =================================================== Title : Theme Date : March 5, 2007 Version : 1.0 Filename : mp_themestorm.bsp Author : Stormbringer Email : stormbringer31@hotmail.com Site : http://www.storm.clubquake3.com/ Description : This is a concept map based the Military Theme by Destine Designs. This is not a typical setting like inside a building or on a city street. Imagine a Website Theme made into a map. Also, web themes have custom images such as the logo, avatars, and signatures. These custom images can be incorportated into the map by replacing the customizable placeholder images in the mp_themestorm _customtex.pk3 file. So players can have their own avatar on a wall of the Accounts room of the map. Clans can display their own clan name with the logo image on the wall in the Home room of the map. You have to used the same image size and name as the original to make it look right in map. I threw in as many gametypes as I could. Some were not tested so if there's a bug please let me know. Check out the -=(SoCQ)=- clan site/server www.socq.com where this map should be added to the map list. =================================================== * Play Information * Game : Soldier of Fortune 2 Type : Multiplayer Supported Modes : ctf cctf dm tdm dem inf elim ktmwtb tktmwtb gold sabo cah tcah ctb tctb lastman jihad Requires : SoF2 Full Version 1.03 Players : Up to 32 people =================================================== * Construction * Base : Original map Editor : GtkRadiant-1.4.0 Buildtime : 4 months, on and off Known Bugs : None found, although there are always bugs. Features : New Textures? : Yes, plus textures that can be customized, see the customize_tex.pk3 file included Hidden areas? : Yes Teleports? : Yes, shootable teleports and others. Shoot the 'Main' buttons on the central forum structure to teleport from the lower forum area to the upper forum area. The other 2 teleports are secret... figure them out yourself. New Sounds? : Yes, common web site sounds. Custom Soundtrack? : No, maybe the next map I make. Compile Machine : P4 2.8 ghz, 1 gig DDR RAM Compile Time : ~5 minutes =================================================== * Installation * The .pk3 file should be extracted to the user's SoF2 /base/ directory. * To Play * Start an SoF2 Multiplayer Game. Select "THEME" from the multiplayer server list. or pull down the console (~) and type: map mp_themestorm =================================================== Permissions * All original and composed textures or assets in this level remain property of the sources respective owners.
